by hand and constructed from solid copper.
The thickness of our pans allows for a very quick, even and efficient heat distribution. Heavy tin lining is applied in interior to enhance heat conductivity and to make non-reactive to food. Wooden handle are heat resistant for comfortable cooking.

In these wares "copper is lined with stainless steel". Heavy gauge copper is joined with stainless steel. All pans have heavy brass handles. These Copper+steel ware should last forever with proper care, which, of course, should include polishing the cookware with Copper brill, Copper Cleaner.
